The Renewed Magnetic Units Technology (c) has wide application to inhibit, control and eliminate scale deposition on the tubing string in oil and gas, condensate and vapor producer wells, either shallow, deep or very deep wells. UTMs can also be used to remove paraffins and asphaltenes deposits that plug producing wells.

In-Depth Evaluation and Studies on Problematic Plugged Wells in O&G fields, Secondary and Geoterm projects
On our client´s request, RGP´s magnetic treatment experts team work hand-in-hand with client´s technical team to complete a thourough in-depth evaluation and study to determine root-causes of scale formation, deposition and tubing string plugging problems. These studies can be done in a 10-12 weeks time span and will be the engineering support for the basic and detailed design of the UTM, Magnetic Units, and the ICMEC New Completion proposals.
O&G Field Well Intervention Cost Optimization Program Design
On our client´s request, RGP´s workovers and intervention engineering team work hand-in-hand with client´s workover , intervention and major well repair team to analyse among others: a) Non-productive workover jobs & chemical treatment jobs, time and costs; b) well plugging frequency and c) impact on differed and closure production.
Based on these complete, thourough, in-depth evaluations and studies, RGP´s experts will formulate, design and can execute a field´s sector-by-sector, optimized well intervention program. These studies can lead to implement the magnetic treatment durable, effective, precise solution, incorporating the ICMEC and Magnetic Units to solve chronic and severe downhole problems that would results in improving O&G field potential and production in very short time span.
